Embed contract
A single script tag loads the widget on any modern website — no build step on the host side. Once the page is live, the widget reads its tour configuration from the dashboard, renders tooltips against the highlighted elements, and posts engagement events back to the analytics surface.
Three surfaces, one product
The project ships as three connected surfaces: a marketing landing page that explains the product, the embeddable widget itself (with its own auth context so it can identify the host site), and an analytics dashboard that visualises step initiation, completion, abandonment, and drop-out points. I owned the embeddable and the landing; the dashboard was split across the team.
